TASTING NOTES
This is our Tempranillo based blend. It's easily the boldest and most structured of our wines. If your focus is Cabernet Sauvignon, the flavor profile here is different but the texture, color, length, and density tend to mimic it. Always blue and black fruit oriented. The inspiration for this wine was Alvaro Palacios who I met on my very first visit to Paso Robles. Very much like Priorat, Paso Robles has no rules or barriers when it comes to blending.
